learning adobe Dreamweaver cs5 is after step when have done learning Html and Css you will try and test your coding on the Dreamweaver it is generally a web designing software which help to make beautiful and creative websites online and it will help you to great practice many of the great bloggers use adobe Dreamweaver cs5 it will take around 1 month if you start learning Dreamweaver cs5 and cost you around same as Photoshop 50$ or you have a free option crack version from the internet both help you to learn.start learning tutorials from your great tutor Mr. or Mrs. Youtube thousand of videos are available just start doing with step by step tutorial.
